What is “normal”? Something habitual, familiar, optimal? Or simply what occurs most often? That which you sometimes swallow in silence, like a bitter pill, squinting and twisting your lips: well, what can you do, it’s “normal.”

At the heart of the immersive performance “NORM” lies Leyli Salaeva’s poem “The Unnecessary Man.”
