The Uzeyir Hajibeyli House-Museum has opened an exhibition marking the museum’s 50th anniversary. Both local visitors and international guests can explore the exhibition from November 22 until the end of the year.

The house-museum of the founder of Azerbaijan professional music – great composer, publicist, playwright, public figure UzeirHajibeyli was established in 1975. He lived in this house during 1915-1942.

This house consists of hall, 4 rooms and glass gallery. The view and design of the rooms and things have been cherished as it was in composer’s time. The exposition of the museum introduces visitors the bright pages of the life and work of the composer. Guests of the museum can also see personal belongings of Hajibeyli. Everything here is preserved in the form in which the house existed during the life of the composer
