An exhibition titled “House of a Karabakh Nobleman” is presented in the historical residential complex of the Mehmandarov family. By visiting the museum, you will be transported to the atmosphere of the late 19th and early 20th centuries and gain insight into the lifestyle and traditions of noble families who lived in the city of Shusha.

The exhibition highlights prominent representatives of renowned Karabakh noble families — the Mehmandarovs, Qajars, and Vazirovs — and their significant contributions to the development of the Azerbaijani state and their service to the nation.

Each hall of the museum is a living reflection of history, filled with the spirit of the era, nobility, traditions, and the rich cultural heritage of Karabakh.

  • 18 May International Museums day
  • Holders of the title “National Heroes of Azerbaijan”, first degree family members of martyrs’ family (mother, father, wife/husband and children), Karabakh war veterans
  • Retired citizens of Azerbaijan Republic over 65
  • Actual military personnel of Azerbaijan Republic
  • Personnel of Shusha City State Reserve Administration

Guide service (excursion) in the museums:

Excursion price up to 10 people- 5 AZN.

The ticket office is open from 10:00 to 17:00.
