“3391 Kilometers” is a romantic coming-of-age drama adapted from Beyza Alkoç’s novel of the same name. Izmir, an 18-year-old girl with a small social circle, meets a boy named Ege on social media. There are exactly 3391 kilometers between them — as Ege lives in France.
